Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation), International Law School (2006); College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium), Faculty of Law (2008), Institute of European Law of MGIMO (2008).

2011 - defended Ph.D. thesis on “Competition law and intellectual property protection in the case-law of the European Court of Justice and the decisions of the European Commission”.

2015 - Research stay at the Institute of European Law of the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).
2019 - Research stay at the Institute of European Law, Ghent University (Belgium).

2006-2007 - Intern, Baker & McKenzie CIS (Moscow).

Since July 2020 - Deputy Registrar - Head of the Legal Research and Analysis Department, Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Author of two monographs on law of the European Union and numerous publications on law of the Eurasian Economic Union, Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal “International Justice”, Member of the Study Group on International Law of Regional Organizations, International Law Association.
