Graduated from the Kazakh State Law University, Department of International Law (1998).

1998-2001 - assistant, then - senior assistant prosecutor of the Medeu district of Almaty.

2001-2003 - prosecutor of the department, senior prosecutor of the department, senior assistant prosecutor of Almaty.

2003-2009 - worked in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a referent, senior expert, chief expert.

2009-2010 - Aviation transport prosecutor of Astana.

2010-2011 - Prosecutor of the Al-Farabi district of Shymkent.

2011-2012 - Deputy Head of the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes of the East Kazakhstan region.

2012-2016 - worked in the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he headed the Division for interaction with the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judiciary System and Law Enforcement Agencies and the Information and Analytical Division.

2015-2020 - Head of the Division of Analysis and Planning in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since July 2020 - Deputy Registrar - Head of the Department of Financial, Organisational and Personnel Operations, Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
